This is a foundational yoga class where students learn the poses in a slow flow. Each pose is broken down and modifications are offered so students at any level will feel safe and challenged at the same time. This class is available for a wide range of body types, ages, and movement abilities. No previous yoga experience is required. Mats provided first come first served. Bring your own mat if you have one.
