This clinic offers a broad spectrum of primary and specialty care services provided by staff physicians and nurse practitioners. Patients are assigned to a primary care provider team who coordinates their care and any necessary referrals to sub-specialty care. The downtown Boston location allows easy access to public transportation utilized by a significant percentage of the patients treated at the clinic. Hourly shuttle service is provided between the clinic and the Jamaica Plain campus.
